Indoor multi-split units - wall mounted ART 'White' (KKWI)

KKWI/KKWF multi-split air conditioning indoor unit

KAISAI ART is a modern air conditioner that combines contemporary design with practical features that enhance user comfort. Available in two colour options – white and black – it is ideal for flats, apartments and hotels alike, where aesthetics, reliability and smart control are key.

Up to 5 wall-mounted air conditioning units can be connected to the outdoor unit, and all indoor units can be controlled individually. This ensures the unit delivers top-level performance whilst providing complete comfort – the temperature in every air-conditioned room can be tailored to the needs of its occupants.

The modern KAISAI ART air conditioner is fitted with an innovative fragrance filter. The unit releases pleasant notes of lemon, jasmine and gardenia into the room. This solution provides a unique sensation of crispness and freshness that lasts for many weeks, eliminating the need for additional, artificial air fresheners.

Every modern wall-mounted air conditioner should ensure even air distribution. Thanks to the use of dual horizontal louvers, the KAISAI ART guarantees unobstructed vertical and horizontal airflow. This allows the flow of cool or warm air to be perfectly adapted to the shape of the room and the users’ preferences.

The hotel mode function and built-in ON/OFF port enable this modern air conditioner to be integrated with external systems. The unit can be automatically switched on or off by a signal triggered by a window being opened, a door being opened, or a hotel keycard.

Furthermore, the cooling or heating function can be locked, and the range of temperatures that can be set via the remote control can be restricted by the administrator. The KAISAI ART modern air conditioner enables effective energy management in commercial premises, such as hotels or rental apartments.

The KAISAI ART is ideal as a year-round source of thermal comfort. This modern wall-mounted air conditioner is equipped with a drip tray heater and a built-in expansion valve. These components effectively prevent condensation from freezing during heating operation, ensuring continuous and significantly more reliable performance even at low outdoor temperatures.

The KAISAI ART air conditioner connects to Wi-Fi, so the software can be quickly updated at any time. The unit can be continuously improved without the need for a service technician. Advanced technology enhances user comfort and provides access to the latest features.
